Testmanager (m/f/d)

Your Tasks:

Planning, coordination and management of all testing activities in agile and traditional projects.
Creation and maintenance of test strategies, test plans and risk assessments.
Management and technical guidance of test teams.
Close cooperation with project management, development and specialist departments.
Reporting and communicating test progress to stakeholders.

Your profile:

Several years of experience in test management for complex IT projects.
In-depth knowledge of test methods, test automation and tools such as JIRA, HP ALM, Selenium or similar.
ISTQB certification (Foundation or Advanced Level) is an advantage.
Strong communication and organisational skills.
Very good German and English skills.

Test analyst (m/f/d)

Your Tasks:

Analysis of requirements and derivation of suitable test cases.
Creation and execution of manual and automated tests.
Documentation of test results and identification of deviations.
Close cooperation with developers, test managers and specialist departments.
Participation in the optimisation and further development of test processes.
Support with acceptance tests and release approvals.

Your profile:

Initial experience in test analysis or software testing, or comparable training.
Knowledge of test methods, test design techniques and common test tools (e.g. Selenium, Postman, JIRA) is an advantage.
ISTQB certification (Foundation Level or higher) is desirable.
Strong analytical thinking and high attention to detail.
Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team.

Deine Aufgaben:

Erstellung und Durchführung manueller und automatisierter Testfälle
Dokumentation von Testergebnissen und Fehlern
Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Entwicklern und Testmanagern
Mitwirkung bei der Weiterentwicklung unserer Testprozesse
Unterstützung bei Abnahmetests und Releases

Dein Profil:

Erste Erfahrung im Softwaretest oder eine entsprechende Ausbildung
Kenntnisse in Testtools wie Selenium, Postman oder JIRA von Vorteil
ISTQB-Zertifizierung wünschenswert
Analytisches Denken und hohe Genauigkeit
Teamfähigkeit und Kommunikationsstärke
